TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations:
All reservations must be secured with a deposit.
Final Payment:
Final payment for all tours is due 45-90 days prior to departure, some tour/cruises may require final payment farther in advance. Please see your specific itinerary. Payment for all retail tours can be made by check, Visa or Master Card. Please see your specific itinerary, as payment by credit card may incur an additional 3% surcharge. Airline fuel increases are the responsibility of the client at any time of occurrence.
Standard Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation in writing must be received by OTG 91 days prior to departure for refund of deposit.

Pricing:
Quoted tour prices include planning, handling and operational charges and are based on the current rate of exchange and tariffs. In the event of a marked change in foreign exchange rates, fuel costs or tariff rates, tour costs are subject to revision. OTG reserves the right to vary itineraries and prices, and to substitute facilities and hotels of equal or better quality if necessary. Air fares and reservations are subject to change until final payment is received. Prices are per person and are based upon shared twin room occupancy. In case of human or computer error, On The Go Travel Co. reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided On the Go Travel Co... receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.
Credit Cards:
We accept Visa & MasterCard. Credit card charges will only be processed upon Completion of tour registration form and must be owned by the traveler. A 3% service charge fee will be applied for final payments made by credit cards. Payments made within 21 days of departure must be in the form of a certified check or credit card.
Included:
Please see your specific itinerary for all inclusions and exclusions for your tour.
Not Included:
Items of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, beverages, coffee, tea, meals other than described in the tour details, any other service not described as included, passport and visa fees, insurance, and air port taxes and fuel surcharges.
Departure Taxes:
When purchasing air transportation from OTG, various international departure and arrival fees may not be included in the airfare. Should additional fees be imposed by airlines or governments, such fees will be added to your invoice for final payment.
Proof of Citizenship:
All international tours require a current passport. Entrance to most countries requires your passport be valid for 6 months after your return date. Your passport number must be recorded by a OTG agent when making your reservation. Names on airline tickets must appear as shown on passport. . Photocopies are not acceptable forms of identification. Non U. S. Citizens are responsible to fulfill appropriate entry requirements of the destination country. Contact the local Consulate for information.
Air Transportation:
OTG will arrange for the best-priced airfare available at the time of booking. Passengers wishing to cancel or change their air reservation may be subject to cancellation penalties. Airfares quoted by OTG are promotional fares and cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Airlines involved in tours are not responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. On the Go Travel Co. is not responsible for unforeseen flight delays or schedule changes imposed by the airlines. Air schedules may be subject to change at the discretion of the airline.
Airline Security:
It is the passengers responsibility to provide positive identification in the form of a passport or other required identification at the time of airport check-in.
Tour Participation:
Tour participation is available to all travelers and will not be withheld if the tour operator can furnish special requirements that an individual may need. Should meeting these requirements materially add to the tour operator's cost, the Tour Member would be expected to pay these additional costs. The Tour Director retains the right to terminate the participation of any member displaying disruptive behavior, endangering fellow members, the interfering with the operations of the tour.
Responsibilities:
These Tours are operated by On The Go Travel Co. 8108 Ritchie Hwy, Ste 156 Pasadena ,MD 21122. In common with other companies, OTG acts only as an agent for tour members in arranging room accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, admissions and restaurants. OTG reserves the right in its sole discretion to make changes in the itinerary and is not responsible for expenses, loss of time, money or other incidents resulting from a change of tour scheduling made for tour members. OTG is not responsible for any losses or damages of personal property, injuries or unforeseen expenses incurred by any tour member.
Insurance:
OTG Church Trips suggests purchasing Trip Cancellation insurance. Be sure to check with your healthcare provider as most US medical coverage will not cover you outside of the country. Insurance costs are based on the total tour cost, including air taxes and charges listed under "Not Included." These charges are added to the final billing. Approximate amounts can be given at time of reservation in order to purchase the appropriate amount of insurance.
PLEASE NOTE: Insurance premiums are nonrefundable at time of purchase.
Baggage:
Luggage is the responsibility of the passenger/s and that of the airlines. For lost/delayed luggage claims, the passenger is responsible for notifying the airline directly. If travel insurance policy was purchased, all damage/loss must be reported at time of incident and documented in writing by local authorities for submission to the insurance company. OTG shall not be held responsible for any delay or damage to or loss of luggage and/or personal items. You are allowed one suitcase per person, this rule is due to the limited space on the bus, not to exceed 50 lbs. Excess weight will be subject to airline fees and will be the responsibility of the passenger. One carry on luggage (one carry on bag, plus on a personal item; a purse or computer.)
Tour Itinerary:
On The Go Travel Co. reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. In all cases, On The Go Travel Co. will do its best to maintain the content of the tour. If the tour services as indicated by the itinerary cannot be supplied or there are changes in the itinerary for reasons beyond the control of On the Go Travel Co. we will arrange for provision of comparable services. On The Go Travel Co. reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary whenever OTG deems it necessary to the comfort, convenience and safety of the participant at any time. No refund will be paid for unused services such as: transfers, sightseeing, meals, hotel accommodation, entrance fees, and others that are listed in the tour program.
Suggested Tipping:

Meals:
Meals are based on the hotel's or restaurant's buffet or set menu. In general, beverages are not included, unless specifically stated.
Hotels Accommodation:
Hotels will be provided in accordance with the itinerary or similar. We reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard. There will be no refunds for any difference in the cost of those accommodations. All rooms are standard twin-bedded rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability. Room selection in all cases, unless otherwise reserved, is strictly at the discretion of the hotel's management on a run-of-house basis. Triple rooms consist of standard twin beds plus a sofa/folding bed or cot for third person. Hotel check-in time is generally not before 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is prior to noon. Please be sure that adequate arrangements for accommodations have been taken into consideration when a late night flight is being used.

Passenger Information:
Passengers are responsible to ensure that On The Go Travel Co. has the correctly spelled name, address, email and fax data for all passengers. Names printed on the invoice must exactly match the first and last name written in their passport (middle names or initials are not needed). On the Go Travel Co. will not be responsible for passengers who do not receive an invoice or documents due to inaccurate information.
Documents:
Will be mailed 21 days prior to departure for delivery approximately 14 days prior to departure, provided that full payment (cleared check or approved credit card) is received at least 60 days prior to departure. Post Office Box numbers cannot be used for delivery of travel documents. Please provide a complete street address. For shipping by 2nd Day Air, a $12 fee will apply; for Next Day Air, a $20 fee will apply. One set of documents will be mailed per reservation.
Escorted Tours Cancellations:
Escorted tours are based upon a minimum number of participants. Cancellation of any tour for lack of participation will be advised at least 30 days prior to the tour's departure, and all money will be refunded. OTG will not be held responsible for any costs relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or visa fees. Voluntary cancellations due to political instability, acts of terrorism, government intervention or US State Department warning will be subject to the above fees, provided the program is deemed able to continue. Should On The GoTtravel Co. elect to cancel a departure for any of these reasons, every effort will be made to obtain refunds from suppliers, however no guarantees can be provided on their behalf.
Customer Service:
All customer service issues and refund requests must be submitted in writing and received no later than 30 days after your return. Refunds are subject to a processing fee of $50 plus any hotel and/or supplier charges incurred. Airline flight cancellations and delays for any reason are not the responsibility of OTG. Submit your claim directly to the airline. OTG does not guarantee airline response.
